Erinne Kovi Dyer is an executive vice president and the chief growth officer at Envera Health, where she works to assess organizational goals, build cross-functional teams and create multi-faceted engagement solutions. Before joining Envera Health, she served as a corporate vice president in corporate communications, marketing and outreach at Carolinas HealthCare System. Her responsibilities included managing corporate communications, marketing and community health for a system that included 900 locations, 7,600 beds and nearly 60,000 employees. Previously she served as director, corporate communications, for Cleveland Clinic. Dyer graduated with honors from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in psychology/sociology. She earned an MEd in education, counselling and human behavior at Vanderbilt University. She is completing her executive MBA at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
