Kelly Faley is vice president of Digital Experience at Sharp HealthCare in San Diego. A health care marketer for more than 30 years, Kelly joined Sharp in 1991. She is responsible for the customer digital experience, including the product management and content for Sharp’s internal and external websites, patient portal and applications, and overall online presence. In addition to her digital responsibilities, Kelly leads Sharp’s consumer strategy and oversees consumer, physician referral and nursing triage contact centers.
