Becky Lathrop serves as the Director, Physician/EMS Liaisons for IU Health in Indianapolis, IN.  Becky is responsible for a team of 9 physician liaisons, 2 liaison managers and 3 EMS liaisons for the healthcare system.  She works closely alongside key business unit leaders, C-suite executives and marketing colleagues across the system to ensure coordinated strategy, focus, feedback and follow through on specific key business objectives.  Simultaneously, she provides continuous sales coaching and professional development for the team helping achievement of both personal developmental and departmental goals.  Becky has been with IU Health for 9 years and holds a BA degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
