Jeffrey Carr currently serves as Inova’s Corporate & Consumer Services Growth Officer. At Inova, he has led the launch of multiple new services including executive health services, concierge services (Inova VIP360), employee assistance programs, comprehensive wellness offerings, occupational health, onsite wellness clinics, direct contracting, and many other business-to-business and consumer services to serve 2,500 employers and consumers from all 50 states.  Jeff has 25 years of diverse experience specializing in corporate health services, hospitals, sales, employer and producer partnerships, employee benefits, payor and provider partnerships, marketing, call centers, retail health, RFPs, international health, and ambulatory care services. Jeff also built Inova’s physician and employer sales team structure, vision, and results. He has created over $250M in new revenue for Inova during his tenure.

Jeff was also a major contributor and “go to market” leader  for Innovation Health, a 50/50 Joint Venture health plan/insurance rollout with Aetna. He helped Innovation Health acquire 150,000 members in the first 20 months as the fastest growing insurance company in the US.  Jeff has also negotiated pharmacogenomics testing contracts with employers.
