As Director of Primary Care Development and Recruitment at Wellforce (Massachusetts health system founded by Tufts Medical Center, Circle Health/Lowell General Hospital, and MelroseWakefield Healthcare), Erin’s role includes leading the system strategy for primary care recruitment, aligning the physician recruitment teams, and developing and implementing shared best practices for physician recruitment, onboarding and retention. Prior to her role at Wellforce, Erin had roles on the Strategic Planning and Business Development teams at Tufts Medical Center and its affiliated physician network, New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA), leading the physician liaison and primary care recruitment teams focused on volume growth, strategic service line outreach, relationship development, healthcare sales, physician recruitment, succession planning, and practice acquisitions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Rhode Island College and was recently selected to participate in NEQCA’s Leadership Academy with 20 physician and administrative leaders from across the health system.
