I am currently employed at Gundersen Health System LaCrosse Wisconsin.  I have been part of this organization for 22 years, of which I have been in my current Department of Regional Services and Telemedicine for 5 years. I have enjoyed a career which has encompassed critical care nursing, both in the military as well as the civilian sector.  My many opportunities for learning and networking with numerous leaders in their field, has allowed me to develop a level of understanding of the needs of both the patient as well as the provider.  My current role in healthcare referral relations allows me to develop programs that will enhance collaborations between specialists and regional providers enhancing the patient experience.
