Monti Pack-Shabout is a Business Growth Strategy Manager at Texas Health Resources. She leads a team responsible for physician utilization and growth strategies of the Southwest zone. Her strategic approach to coaching her team consistently generates positive results. As a Business Growth Specialist at THR, Monti was responsible for strategically aligning THR services and entities with specialists and primary care providers. She is credited for recruiting several surgeons from competing hospitals, thus generating accretive volume and revenue to Texas Health Southwest Hospital. Prior to joining Texas Health Resources Monti worked as an Account Executive at Buxton Company where she was responsible for supporting, maintaining, and growing revenue associated with existing clients, primarily in the healthcare, restaurant, and retail industry.

Monti graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and is currently pursuing her MBA at Queens University of Charlotte.
