Kelli Romano is the Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Baptist Health South Florida, a not-for-profit company and the largest healthcare organization in South Florida with over 3,000 affiliated physicians, 10 hospitals, more than 40 physician practices and 50 outpatient and urgent care facilities. During Kelli’s tenure with the company she has overseen the development and launch of several award-wining integrated marketing and communications campaigns and has consistently implemented strategies that successfully meet or exceed business and growth objectives. Currently Kelli leads the marketing and communications strategies for the cancer, cardiovascular, neuroscience and orthopedics service lines, as well as for the organization’s physician enterprise.
