Amy H. Zylstra is the Associate Executive Director of the Contact Center at Penn Medicine, she has held this role for the past 19 years.  Preceding the Director position, Amy was Manager of the Corporate Operator Services for four years and Manager of the Physician Referral Program for 2 years at Penn Medicine.  Prior to Penn Medicine Amy spent 5 years as Nurse Recruiter at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia, one year as an RN on a medical-surgical floor at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia and 5 years as an RN working with adolescents at Pine Rest Psychiatric Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Amy holds an MBA with a Health Administration concentration from Temple University in Philadelphia, a BS in Business Administration from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI and an RN from Grand Rapids Community College.
