Carissa Milley is a Business Analyst and strategist for Wellforce, a health system formed by Circle Health (including Lowell General Hospital), Tufts Medical Center, MelroseWakefield Healthcare and their clinically integrated physician networks.  Carissa has responsibility for strategy and performance management of Wellforce’s clinically integrated physician networks and lines of business.  Since March 2018, she has co-led the development and implementation of Wellforce’s Convenience Care Connect strategy, including management of service suite development, physician outreach and market-specific operations teams. She leads development of dashboards to identify and track data trends within Wellforce’s risk-based contracting networks, and identification of emerging market opportunities and analysis of business and clinical performance needs.  Carissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
