Wendy Marshall, Vice President Human Services for Geisinger Health, is responsible for benefits, the HR Service Center and HR technology. She joined Geisinger in 2013 as Benefits Director prior to her current position.

Wendy is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and has a Master’s Degree from the UVA. Wendy completed MedStar’s Executive Development Institute through Georgetown University. Prior to joining Geisinger, she served as AVP of Employee Benefits at MedStar Health and project manager at ADP Benefit Services.  Her professional memberships include World at Work, SHRM, and IFEBP.
