Anne Hancock Toomey is a Founding Partner at Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock. She has a deep background in strategic communications, specializing in M&A and change management. Prior to Jarrard Inc., Toomey was a public affairs advisor with the healthcare practice of The Ingram Group, and director of marketing and communications for Surgical Alliance Corporation. Toomey is a member of the ACHE and AHLA. She received a Bachelor of Science in business from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of AmeriCorps’ National Civilian Community Corps.
