Chelsea Fanelli is a Provider Relations Lead for Centura Health, providing leadership and strategic guidance for Centura’s Provider Relations team. Chelsea joined Centura Health in August 2015  to support Centura’s Transplant program. During her tenure, she has partnered with physicians across a wide array of specialties to drive overall growth for the largest health care ecosystem across Colorado and Western Kansas.  Prior to joining Centura, she worked for Advent Health (formerly known as Florida Hospital) in Orlando, FL where she was the Physician Liaison for the Spine Health Institute. Chelsea holds a BS in Marketing and Spanish from the Florida State University.
