Michael McCauley, Vice President of Communications at Hackensack Meridian Health, has been a leader in marketing and communications for more than 20 years. His expertise ranges across media relations, crisis management, internal communications, executive and physician communications, content strategy digital and social engagement, events, community outreach and brand strategy. Michael leads communications and marketing strategies for the Hackensack Meridian Health network, which includes 17 hospitals, more than 500 patient care locations and over 35,000 team members.  He is responsible for elevating the organization’s profile, while overseeing internal and external communications, content marketing and events.

Prior to Hackensack Meridian Health, Michael held various communications and marketing leadership positions at Christie’s and Siemens.  He received a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University and a Master in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
