Prior to founding TSG, Dan was a Senior Healthcare Counsel for the Republican staff of the Senate Finance Committee where his areas of responsibility were the Medicare Part B and D programs, MACRA, as well as the PAMA. Before joining the Finance Committee, Dan spent several years in the biotechnology industry, where he led policy development and government affairs strategy. Dan also served in the Office of the Administrator at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.  Dan has a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
