Shay Andres, director of marketing at Yuma Regional Medical Center, is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with more than 16 years of non-profit health care experience.  She leads a small, dynamic team, overseeing organizational brand management, strategic marketing, communications, media relations and community outreach. Shay understands the true value of divisional partnerships and collaboration to solve problems while keeping organizational goal alignment as a primary focus. She strives to create an environment that fosters trust, creativity and growth.  Shay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, focus in Public Relations with a dual minor in Marketing and Management.
