Alicia Shoemaker is Senior Director, Integrated Marketing at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. In her role, Alicia oversees all clinical marketing and communications, from efforts tied to local market dynamics and extending to national marketing, communications and reputation building. She is also responsible for oversight of the hospital’s population health marketing and communication strategies. Prior to joining Nationwide Children’s in 2012, Alicia specialized in the healthcare vertical for a number of agencies, working with large hospital system clients on brand building and patient acquisition efforts.
