Andy Hobbs is the Director of Digital Access & Engagement for LifePoint Health, where he leads enterprise programs to drive online consumer engagement and assists each of LifePoint’s 71 hospitals with their specific growth strategies. He graduated from Williams College in Massachusetts in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in History (which he is putting to good use each and every day). Andy believes that a truly exceptional digital experience in healthcare is one that simply answers the question, “What should I do next?”, when that question is asked in words or in thought.
