Ann De Los Santos serves as Vice President, Physician Relations & Strategic Growth for Ascension Texas, providing leadership for the strategic direction of physician engagement as well as service line and surgical growth initiatives. Ann joined Ascension in 2018 from Houston Methodist, where she was Director of Business Development and Marketing.  She has worked in hospital business development and pharmaceutical sales and training for 23 years.  Ann holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business and a BS in Rehabilitation Services from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
