Caty Wolf is on a mission to spread the gospel of evidence-based healthcare marketing. Prior to joining WellSpan Health, she honed her database marketing skills in a variety of industries, including publishing, retail catalogs and non-profits. As WellSpan’s lead CRM and digital marketer, Caty has developed successful patient acquisition and nurturing campaigns for key service lines and programs, such as Total Joint, Bariatrics, Cardiology, Primary Care and Women’s Health, many of which continue to run years later. Caty’s favorite marketing party trick is to demonstrate how she can track a new patient from a Google search to the operating room, calculate ROI and then do it again.
