Elizabeth Kiker is a Senior Consultant for Atrium Health* based in Charlotte, NC. Elizabeth has over 10-year experience working in a variety of healthcare settings and has been at Atrium Health for the last 6 years in various capacities. Her current primary job responsibilities are provider analytics, engagement, retention, & offboarding for more than 3,000 providers within Atrium Health. Elizabeth is currently the President of OAR, which is an onboarding and retention chapter within the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR). She has her Master’s degrees in Public Health and Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
