Eric Fletcher has been in various healthcare strategy roles for more than 25 years. Today, he is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Mary Washington Healthcare. Mary Washington is a two-hospital system headquartered in the Fredericksburg, VA region. In this role, Eric oversees corporate strategy, business development, marketing, and patient experience.

Eric received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Elon University. He is credentialed in Lean Six Sigma, is an examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Program, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
