Currently serving as SVP, Research Operations for PRC, Jan is recognized as an expert in patient experience measurement and government surveys. Since 1994, she has supported client partners in meeting their organizational and CMS accountability goals through measurement, reporting, and process improvement. Jan earned a BA in English and Sociology from the University of Iowa, graduating summa cum laude. In addition, she has earned Lean certification from the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering and is a CPXP through The Patient Experience Institute since 2017.
