Jana Distefano
Director, Community Health
PRC
Jana Distefano is the Director of Community Health for PRC. She joined PRC and has worked closely with healthcare organizations to develop strategic priorities based on the research PRC conducts. Jana knows very well how community health impacts hospitals. Formerly an epidemiologist with the Arizona Department of Health Services, Jana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in data reporting, analysis, and health promotion models to PRC’s Community Health team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Master’s in Public Health degree from the University of Arizona. Jana also served as an adjunct faculty member at Creighton University’s Department of Preventive Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska.
