Jimmy Phillips serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Kettering Health, a growing health system with over 150 locations serving communities in western Ohio.

During his 15-year career, he has led rebranding efforts in 2 major health systems, increased consumer awareness and preference by statistically significant levels in multiple markets, served as the principal PIO through numerous crisis situations—including the COVID-10 pandemic, and led the effort for Kettering Health to become the official healthcare provider of the Cincinnati Bengals. As a mission-driven leader, Jimmy is passionate about cultivating a growth mindset, driving sound strategy, and building the next generation of leaders.
