Justin Matlick is the founder of Message Lab Media, a content marketing agency that helps healthcare organizations attract patients, increase referrals and inspire donors. He started his career at the Wall Street Journal and spent more than a decade as a journalist. He came to a crossroads in 2010, when his then-infant daughter suffered a brain injury and he faced the challenge of understanding – and communicating – complex medical information. This inspired him to create Message Lab. He holds an MA in social thought from the University of Chicago and a BA in economics and history from New York University.
