Karla joined PRC in 2021 as a Consultant specializing in Patient Experience.  Karla has years of experience working in academic and large national health systems, giving her a unique perspective on what is most important to patients and their loved ones, caregivers, and providers, in their healthcare experience. Prior to starting her career in Patient Experience, Karla held integral roles in numerous research studies that focused on physical activity, health disparities, and environmental health. Karla earned a Masters in Public Health degree with an emphasis in Health Management & Policy, a BS in Health Sciences, from San Diego State University, and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
