A proven strategist with more than 25 years’ experience leading marketing and communications teams, Kathy Dean, MA, is the principal of KMDean Marketing Communications and serves as a senior advisor for SPM Marketing & Communications. Kathy has held senior leadership roles in health systems across the country, including Geisinger, OHSU, and University of Iowa Health Care. She holds a bachelor’s in business economics, and a master’s in strategic communications and leadership. Collaborative and creative, she is known for integrated strategies that effectively move margin and mission.
