Kathy is President and founding partner of Greystone.Net, a healthcare web, digital and access strategy company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Greystone, Kathy held marketing positions at three academic medical centers. She consults on digital strategy, access/contact centers and works with clients on a wide array of other market-related activities. She is a frequent lecturer and author regarding healthcare contact centers, web and digital planning Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
