Since joining Piedmont in 2009, Katie has led a diverse group of functions and currently serves as the Chief Consumer & Strategic Planning Officer. Katie leads the development and execution of Piedmont’s experience strategy, including the programs and innovations that emphasize the delivery of patient-centered care while transforming access and overall experience.
