Kristin Baird is President/CEO of Baird Group, an organization laser-focused on culture and engagement strategies that elevate the human experience. Baird has over 40 years experience in healthcare including nursing, administration, and marketing and business development. She is the author of five books including, Raising the Bar on Service Excellence, Customer Service in Healthcare, and Reclaiming the Passion – Stories that Celebrate the Essence of Nursing. She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin.
