Tracey Holleman is the Director of Digital Strategy at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, a regional healthcare system based in Florida’s capital city and serving a 17-county area. She leads the digital efforts for the organization’s Marketing & Communications Department, including the website, internal communications platform, reputation management and much more. In September of 2021, Tracey led the effort to implement a new patient-focused website to allow patients to find and connect with the services they need most. Tracey joined TMH in 2005 and has worked in several positions both in IT and Marketing. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Florida State University.
